4. That answer helps them identify their strengths and weakness.
5. In the following conversation, ask about if they tried to solve that issue themselves (it might hint at what they need help with now).
6. When they bring up what they think it is, ask them to describe what they have done to attempt to solve that myself.
7. Those who decide to take these actions see you as “their expert”.
