How to find where your ICP is

Your ICP = your Ideal Customer Profile

So the first step is to outline who you’re targeting.

Once you’ve identified who your “perfect client” is…

Think about this question:

“What accounts would my perfect client follow?”

For example…

Let’s say your perfect client is a 7-figure eCommerce Founder

Now think about what accounts they would be following…

They’d probably be following accounts like “Shopify” or any accounts related to DTC news.

So go to those types of accounts and look through the follower list.

Start scouting out people who fit your ICP, follow them, and send them a DM.

A great tool you can use for this is phantombuster.io

You can get lists of big accounts followers and go through these lists to find potential clients

Then you can start sending them DMs.

Another Strategy:

Go on Youtube.

And search for videos you think your ICP would create.

For example, if your ICP is a 7-figure eCommerce Founder…

You can search up videos like “How I grew my Shopify store to over 7 figures”

From there, you can find their socials and start reaching out to them.

Again, this takes effort. But it’s WORTH IT.
