Offer is King.
Offer comes before content, outreach, fulfillment, and everything else.
Nothing matters if you don’t have an offer that people WANT & NEED
There needs to be actual DEMAND for what you’re selling…
But you also need to position your offer in a way that stands out from the crowd.
Here’s how to craft an in-demand, no-brainer offer:
1) Test Market Demand
Understand what's in demand within your niche.
What are your target market's biggest pain points?
An easy way to test this is to offer free 30-minute consultation calls to people on Twitter or in your newsletter.
On the call, ask them a series of questions to help you better understand their biggest struggles and pain points.
This way you'll be able to come up with solutions in your offer and content.
2) Make it a No-Brainer
Put yourself in the buyer's shoes.
And ask yourself:
Would I buy what I'm selling?
If your answer isn't a 1000% Yes...
Then you have some fixing to do.
Think of the elements you could add or subtract that would align more with the market's demands.
And make the necessary changes to your offer.
Here's a visual representation that'll help you craft a no-brainer offer:
Equally as important to your offer is your positioning.
Positioning is what will separate you from your competition.
It'll prevent you from being just another lead gen agency or fitness coach.
So that brings up the question...
How do you uniquely position yourself?
Here's how:
1) Understand your USP
What's the reason customers buy from you in the first place?
And who is your perfect customer?
Your unique selling proposition will differentiate you from other competitors.
It's the reason people choose you over the other 10 similar agencies.
For me...
My USP is I'll help you build your personal brand on Twitter AND help you generate leads for your agency.
Most ghostwriters only focus on followers.
But I've incorporated other marketing strategies in my service so I can set myself apart from my competition.
So ask yourself:
How can I show my offer's USP in my content?
2) Unique Mechanisms generate Unique Results
The way you approach solving your customer's problems affects the results you get for them.
But this can be used to your advantage...
Because taking a unique approach means you can generate results that few others have.
You can leverage these results and incorporate them into your brand's positioning.
"I've generated [unique results] for my clients through [unique process]. And I can do the same for you"
This is an example of how to incorporate your results into your online presence.
