The first step to finding your Coaching Offer is to understand what your skills & interests are.
Because after all, clarity is KEY when it comes to crafting an offer.
That’s why I’ve put together Worksheet called the “Skills and Interests Worksheet Planner”
Essentially, what you do is write down the following:
- Your Current Skills
- Passions & Interests
- Learnable Skills
You can fill this out here:
Your Current Skills
Passions & Interests
Learnable Skills
This will help you gain clarity on what you can incorporate into your coaching offer.
Minimal Viable Offer
The next step is to craft a minimal viable offer for your coaching program.
The reason we can’t prepare the final offer yet is because we have not done the following yet:
- Have not figured out your audience’s biggest pain points
- Have not started posting on LinkedIn
- Have not tested market demand yet
So essentially, this is the Beta Version of your final offer.
So what you need to do is put together a Minimal Viable Offer.
Here’s a visual that will help you craft your Minimal Viable Offer.
You’ll be using this offer to test/validate on LinkedIn.
(I’ll be breaking that down in the next section)
