In the last 30 days...
I've added over 1,000 new subscribers to my email list.
And the best part?
It's all come from organic traffic.
Here's how you can grow your email list:
Focus on Value
The first step is to prioritize building an audience of people who genuinely enjoy your content.
This means you need to do 2 things:
- Understand what the market wants and needs
- Understand yourself and what type of content you like writing
Because that is the intersection for successful content marketing.
The sweet spot is in the middle of what people demand and what you enjoy writing about.
So once you have that figured out...
You want to start spending time creating high-quality content.
And I mean HIGH QUALITY.
Put so much value in your content that people have no choice but to listen to you.
This takes time, but it's well worth it in the long run.
More Volume
Here's my content schedule:
•5 tweets/day •3 threads/week •1 detailed guide/week •1 Video SOP/week •1 Telegram post/day •3 emails/week
It's a lot of volume.
But it's the reason I've been able to add over 1,000 subscribers in a month.
The large volume of valuable content helps me drive millions of impressions to my tweets every month.
Which mathematically gives me a higher probability of converting that traffic into newsletter subscribers.
So before you do anything else...
You need to create a content schedule that consists of volume and value.
Create a Lead Magnet
The next step is to create a lead magnet.
I recommend a mini-course or a detailed guide.
Put time and effort into perfecting this.
Because no one wants to opt into an email list just to receive a poorly put-together guide.
That's the fastest way to have people unsubscribe from your list.
I sit down for hours each week putting together various lead magnets.
Because I KNOW it will pay off in the long run.
Create a Simple Landing Page
After you have your valuable lead magnet...
You need to create a simple landing page.
You can use Carrd, Clickfunnels, or any other site to do this.
State the free resource you have and ask for their name and email in return.
And there are 2 ways you can distribute this:
- Send out 1 Auto-DM/week
- Link the landing page to the free course in your bio
I get about 10-20 new subscribers every day on autopilot because I have the free course in my bio.
And I send 1 auto DM guide per week that helps me capture more emails.
Have a Welcome Sequence in place
After people opt into your newsletter to receive the guide...
Send them the guide and automatically add them to an automated email sequence.
Give them more free value for 4-6 days.
Then at the end, you can sell them on the services you provide.
And it won't feel salesy at all because you just gave them a week's worth of value.
Stay Consistent
Consistency is all that matters.
Show up every day and put out as much as you've got.
Over time, people will naturally gravitate toward you.
Why?
Because they'll see your intentions are genuine
And they'll see that you are an expert at what you do.
In summary:
- Focus on Value
- More Volume
- Create a lead magnet
- Create a simple landing page
- Have a Welcome Sequence in place
- Stay Consistent
Also, other strategies you can look into are things like paid ads.
I’ve never used paid ads, but I know they are a great way to expand your email list.
