The last section of this guide will be all about how to train appointment setters to book 20-40 extra meetings per month for your business.
Keep this in mind when you’re hiring your Setter:
- Know what timezone they’re in
- Make sure they have experience
- Make sure they understand the English Language
Here’s how you’ll train them:
- Make sure they have mastered your offer
- They need to understand the pain points of your ICP in detail
- They need to understand how to prospect
- They need a tracking sheet to keep track of all the leads they’re getting
- They need to understand what to say in order to book 2-4 calls/day
And giving them a script will always help (ideally, you want to train them so they don’t need a script)
Here’s what you can give them:
Daily Routine
- 25 Follow Ups on Twitter - responding to inbounds over that came in over night / bumping ghosted messages / new followers
- 100 New Outreaches a Day on Twitter searching for ICP
- Respond to the responders within 10 minutes
Closing Lines
- “Are you open to checking out what’s working really well for us?”
- “Would you be against that conversation?”
Service Based Outbound Cold Script
Example is for the Real Estate Niche:
Version #1
Hey (name)
Could be completely off base here you cover around the (area) right?
(wait for response)
Perf, mostly residential stuff?
(wait for response)
So I work with agents all over the US booking listing’s on their calendar for them. Was looking to work with an agent around (area).
Assuming you guys work with buyers around the 300-700k price range right?
(wait for response)
I mean real quick are ya even looking to take some more buyers right now? With everything going on would some more extra listings be helpful or not really?
(wait for response)
Cool, are you open to checking out what’s working really well for us?
(wait for response )
Cool man your XYZ timezone right?
(wait for response )
Does XYZ work?
Phone / email? I'll send an invite ?
This is an example of what a typical conversation could look like.
And you can base the script you make for the setter off this.
